RETURNS

  • Thank you for shopping with HELEN KATAVATIS ART.



  • All Artworks will have a shipping cost calculated at checkout.



  • We ask that your choice of purchase is carefully considered and that your decision is final.



  • We DO NOT issue refunds, accept returns or make exchanges on change of mind.



  • All artwork deliveries must be opened within 24 hrs upon you receiving your purchase.



  • All Artwork is PHOTOGRAPHED PRIOR to being carefully wrapped for protection ready for delivery.



  • In the rare case of a damaged Artwork, you will be required to within 24 hrs upon receiving your artwork, advise helen@helenkatavatisart.com.au in writing with attached images of the damaged artwork.



  • The damage will be assessed and you will be notified as to the outcome.



  • HELEN KATAVATIS ART will not asses any damaged artwork reported after this time frame.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

  • We do not facilitate international art purchases at our online checkout.

DELIVERY
  • Our delivery time frame could be approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on location.

  • All parcels delivered will require a signature upon delivery.

  • If you have requested to have your parcel left unattended, please acknowledge that HELEN KATAVATIS ART , including the delivery company will NOT be held responsible for any loss or damage to the delivered goods.
